In order to ride in the
Crane CycleFest, you need to register with the national
Ride 2 Recovery organization. Please read the following and
follow the link at the bottom of the page to register,
it will take you to the appropriate form on the
Ride 2 Recovery website, sign yourself up, and get ready to ride!

Because the riding routes will pass through an active US Naval base, special rules will apply to this event:
- Pre-registration is required. Registration closes Monday, May 16, 2011.
- There will be NO day of event registration.
- Current photo identification MUST be presented at registration. You will NOT be allowed to participate without proper identification.
- Each participant will receive and MUST wear a bib number at all times.
- Each participant will be required to both check-in and check-out thru base security at the start and end of the event.
- Stay on the clearly marked route.
- Helmets are required at all times.
- No cameras will be allowed on base.
- UPDATE: CELL PHONES WILL NOW BE ALLOWED!
- Port-a-Johns will be available at registration and at each rest stop. Please no nature breaks along the side of the road!
- Riders must follow all rules of the road, such as stop signs and yield signs.
- In the event of a heightened state of national security, the base may be subject to closure without prior notice. If this occurs the ride will be cancelled without refund of entry fee.
Due to the location, please know the above rules must be followed for Safety and Security. Violations of the rules will result in your rapid departure from the base without benefit of appeal.

Follow the link to the
Ride 2 Recovery website, create an account (a short, simple process), and from there you can sign yourself up for the
Crane CycleFest and other
Ride 2 Recovery events.
EVERY PARTICIPANT MUST REGISTER INDIVIDUALLY IN THEIR OWN NAME AND PERSONAL INFORMATION!
One person may not register multiple times under a single name with the intent of allowing another person to utilize one of their registrations.
